You can’t undo what happened.
But you can find a way forward together.

Infidelity is a lifequake. It comes out of nowhere and shakes the foundation of everything you thought you knew about your marriage, your partner, the life you’ve built together, and sometimes even yourself.

You know you still love each other.
You know you want to stay together.

But right now, sometimes the hurt and anger feel stronger than the love, and neither of you knows how to live with what happened or how to move forward from here.

Maybe you’re having the same conversations over and over. One of you needs answers, reassurance, and some sign that it’s safe to trust again.

The other is trying desperately to repair the damage but feels like nothing they say or do is enough.

You’re both exhausted.‍
And you know you just can’t keep going on like this.

FOR THE PARTNER WHO WAS BETRAYED

You don’t have to be ready to forgive.‍ ‍
You just need to be willing to take the first step.

I get that your world has been torn apart and it feels like you don’t have any solid ground to stand on.

Whether you’re consumed by rage, pain, fear, or shock, or feeling all over the place from moment-to-moment, I’m ready to hear where you’re at.

One of your biggest fears about therapy may be that someone is going to tell you it is time to forgive, move on, or stop bringing it up.

I am not going to rush you past something that changed your world forever.

We will make room for the hurt, the anger, the questions, and the need to understand what happened.

You do not have to be ready to “get over it.”

You just have to be willing to start figuring out what you need in order to feel safe enough to move forward.

FOR THE PARTNER WHO WAS UNFAITHFUL

You made a choice that caused real damage.‍ ‍
But that does not define who you are.

You may be carrying guilt, shame, fear, and the constant sense that one wrong word could make everything worse.

You are trying to be transparent, answer the questions, and prove that you are sorry, but nothing seems to land.

And you may be worried that therapy will become 90 minutes of being blamed, judged, or ganged up on.

That is not how I work.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent 18 years as a federal parole officer. Very little shocks me, and I know how to sit with guilt, shame, accountability, and the question: How do I come back from what I’ve done?

I will hold you accountable without reducing you to your worst decision.

We will work on understanding what happened, responding differently to your partner’s pain, and rebuilding trust step by step.

LET’S BE CLEAR ABOUT THIS FROM THE START

I’m here for both of you.

I’m not here to judge either of you or pick sides.

My job is to help you understand what each of you is carrying, get out of the cycle that keeps making things worse, and start doing the kind of work that makes repair possible.

You are allowed to be angry.

You are allowed to be ashamed.

You are allowed to cry, swear, laugh, and speak your truth even when it’s hard to say… or to hear.

This is hard work.
And you don’t have to do it
alone.

The truth about what your

path forward looks like

The goal isn’t to rebuild the marriage you had. It’s to build the marriage you want now.

You don’t need to pretend everything is fine, rush toward forgiveness, or figure out how to “go back to normal.” There really isn’t a going back.

I help couples work through what happened, reconnect, and deliberately build the marriage that feels right for who they are now and what they want moving forward.

I call this your Marriage 2.0

MEET KELLY VICK

Hi, I’m Kelly! I show up in therapy the same way I show up in real life: real, engaged, and fully human.

When your marriage is at stake, therapy is serious work. But it doesn’t have to feel stiff, cold, or clinical. I laugh and swear with clients. I’ve shed a tear in session when something really hits home. And when the moment calls for it, I’m not afraid to drop a truth bomb that cuts through the noise.

Infidelity therapy is hard enough without spending extra energy trying to look composed or say the right thing. So there’s no need for any of that here!

Show up real. Show up messy. You don’t have to pretend with me.

Here’s why very little shocks me…

Before becoming a therapist, I spent 18 years as a federal parole officer. That taught me a lot about guilt, shame, accountability, and rebuilding after life has gone badly off course. It also means that, as a therapist, very little shocks me.

I’m completely comfortable sitting with both betrayed partners and unfaithful partners, even when the emotions are intense and the story is complicated. Whatever you’re carrying into the room, you don’t have to carry it perfectly, and it doesn’t have to be pretty.

Just be yourselves and be ready to do the work. We’ll figure out the rest together.

MY APPROACH

How I help couples move forward after infidelity

What you don’t need is more painful conversations that just go in circles.
What you do need is a clear path forward.

Together, we’ll move through four phases to help you get out of crisis mode, understand what happened, and start rebuilding your relationship.

01. Stability

We lower the emotional intensity so you can think, talk, and listen without every conversation blowing up.

02. Truth

We work through the questions, make sense of what happened, and build from honesty rather than unanswered questions or half-truths.

03. Healing

We work with the anger, grief, guilt, fear, and triggers so the betrayal stops running every conversation.

04. Rebuilding

We shift from “How do we survive this?” to “What do we want our marriage to become now?”

This isn’t about pretending the lifequake
never happened.

It’s about building something solid
even after it did.

A better understanding of what happened, what needs to change, and what rebuilding trust will actually require.

✓ Calmer conversations
Less spiralling, shutting down, defending, and rehashing the same fight.

✓ A stronger sense of safety
More transparency, more consistency, and a clearer sense that your relationship is becoming emotionally safer again.

✓ A deeper understanding of each other
A clearer sense of what each of you needs now in order to heal, reconnect, and move forward.

✓ A real path to rebuilding trust
Meaningful repair, accountability, and actions that make trust possible again.

✓ A marriage you are choosing on purpose
A relationship shaped by more honesty, intention, and connection than the one you had before the affair.

If you’re all in on saving your marriage,

I’m all in with you.

HOW TO GET STARTED

GETTING STARTED IS SIMPLE

1

Book your first appointment.

Ready to jump in? Book your first 90-minute couples session and we’ll get started right away. If you have questions or want to make sure we’re a good fit first, you’re also welcome to start with a free 20-minute online consultation.

2

Complete the intake process.

Before our first session, you’ll each complete your own intake package. This gives me important context about your relationship, what happened, and what each of you is experiencing so we can make good use of our time together from the start.

3

Start weekly sessions.

Early on, consistency matters a lot. Weekly sessions give us enough momentum to get out of crisis mode, understand what happened, and begin rebuilding safety and trust instead of spending each session catching up on the latest explosion.
